Phase 2: Where Could We Be?
Using community feedback, research, existing policies, plans and strategies, and best practices from other winter communities, we will develop recommendations and a draft Winter Town Strategy.
March 08 → June 21 2027
Phase 3: How Will We Get There?
July 01 → July 31 2027
Phase 4: Council Consideration
A final Winter Town Strategy will be presented to Council for consideration.
If approved, the strategy will provide a long-term roadmap to help guide future decisions, investments, and priorities related to winter in Canmore.
