The labour market in Canmore is recovering from the long-term effects of the pandemic, while also managing challenges related to adequate staffing, housing, affordability, and more.

That is why the Town of Canmore, along with several local partner organizations, is conducting a workforce survey to understand how labour issues are impacting our community members. Your responses will guide all local partners in supporting Canmore's workforce.

HAVE YOUR SAY! Complete the survey below by June 30, 2023 and you'll be entered in a draw to win one of three $50 grocery cards.

Who should participate:

  • Long-term residents and workforce participants
  • Seasonal workers, newcomers, temporary foreign workers, and holiday workers
  • Remote workers based in Canmore
  • Commuters to/from Canmore

This survey is in support of the Labour Market Recruitment and Retention Strategy, which is led by the Town of Canmore, in partnership with Tourism Canmore Kananaskis, the Downtown Canmore Business BIA, the Bow Valley Builders & Developers Association, the Banff Canmore Job Resource Centre, and the Bow Valley Chamber of Commerce.
