The survey is led by the Age-Friendly Working Group and is hosted on the Town of Canmore’s website in support as a partner organization.

The purpose of this survey is to gather community input on what is working well, what could be improved, and potential areas for future consideration related to aging well in Canmore. Your feedback will help inform community understanding, future planning discussions, and next steps for the Age‑Friendly initiative.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your responses are confidential and will be combined with others for reporting purposes. Participation is completely voluntary.
